Sylvia has been in the health insurance industry since 1991. She previously worked in the group sales department for Strategic Employee Benefit Services (SEBS), which is a subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance for five years. Sylvia received her group license in April of 2000. She started in the industry with Aetna in 1991 as a file clerk and worked her way through processing claims, customer service and finally became a National Account Representative. Sylvia also attended Tarleton State University. |
