Russ Morris joined The Gus Bates Company in January of 2007.  Originally hired to be our IT Manager, Russ has taken on many different roles.  Currently, Russ manages our IT needs and oversees all technology aspects within our company.  He has also taken on and specializes in individual health plans.  To assist with individual client needs, Russ has incorporated an online quoting system which you can find on our website.

Growing up in Aledo, TX Russ graduated from Aledo High School in 2000 and then received his BBA in Management Information Systems in 2004 from Texas Tech University.
