Rachel Norman has been apart of The Gus Bates Company since May 2006. She graduated from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas with a degree in accounting. Rachel obtained her Life, Accident, Health, and HMO license in March of 2007. Her responsibilities include payroll, human resources, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Rachel grew up in Longview, Texas and is involved in church activities and volunteers in her local community.
