Michelle Hobbs started her career in the insurance industry with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in 1994. She worked her way up from their group accounts department to their group sales office in 1997. Michelle worked with Blue Cross in their sales office until 2005 when she joined The Gus Bates Company as an employee benefit broker/account manager. Michelle is a native Texan and attended Eastfield College in Mesquite, Texas.
