Justin Phipps, CBC has been with The Gus Bates Company as an employee benefits broker since March 2004. Justin specializes in group and individual medical plans as well as group Ancillary benefits including Dental, Life, LTD, STD, etc. Justin is a Chartered Benefit Consultant with expertise in the Health Savings Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements for group clients. Justin is a Fort Worth native and a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station.
