Elaine Williams has over 20 year of experience working with insurance, employee benefits and human resources. This experience includes both fully insured and self-funded plans of all types as well as work with both public entities and privately held companies. 10 of her 20 years of experience included working within a human resources and employee benefits department which provides added prospective and insight working with clients and their human resources and benefits staff.

Elaine has been with the GBC since October of 2005. Prior to that time she was a Senior Account Manager at CSG/Hull Benefits for 9 years.
