	Colleen Medlock
Colleen Medlock started her career in the insurance industry with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in 1980. She worked her way up from their customer service department to their group sales office in 1999. Colleen worked with Blue Cross in their sales office until 2006 when she retired and joined The Gus Bates Company as an account manager.
